Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP audits to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website architecture, page content, meta tags, and schema for maximum search visibility.
  • Plan and manage link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices in blogs, landing pages, and media content.
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
2. Performance Marketing (Paid Media)
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage full-funnel campaigns — from awareness to conversion — aligned with admission targets.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for lead quality and CPL reduction.
  • Handle retargeting, lookalike audiences, and lead nurturing campaigns.
3. Analytics & Reporting
  • Set up and maintain tracking systems (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, etc.).
  • Build performance dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports highlighting key KPIs — leads, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.
  • Evaluate marketing attribution and improve campaign efficiency.
4. Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with content, creative, and web teams for campaign alignment.
  • Provide SEO and performance insights to support blog topics, creatives, and landing page development.
  • Mentor junior team members and manage external vendors or agencies if needed.
Key Skills Required
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Excel).
  • Understanding of website CMS (WordPress preferred).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and UX optimization principles.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in SEO and Performance Marketing roles.
  • Proven track record in improving organic visibility and managing high-performing ad campaigns.
  • Experience in the education sector or lead-generation-focused industries preferred.
