Job Description
Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, page content, meta tags, and schema for maximum search visibility.
- Plan and manage link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices in blogs, landing pages, and media content.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage full-funnel campaigns — from awareness to conversion — aligned with admission targets.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for lead quality and CPL reduction.
- Handle retargeting, lookalike audiences, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Set up and maintain tracking systems (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, etc.).
- Build performance dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports highlighting key KPIs — leads, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.
- Evaluate marketing attribution and improve campaign efficiency.
- Work closely with content, creative, and web teams for campaign alignment.
- Provide SEO and performance insights to support blog topics, creatives, and landing page development.
- Mentor junior team members and manage external vendors or agencies if needed.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Excel).
- Understanding of website CMS (WordPress preferred).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and UX optimization principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in SEO and Performance Marketing roles.
- Proven track record in improving organic visibility and managing high-performing ad campaigns.
- Experience in the education sector or lead-generation-focused industries preferred.
