Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 10–18 years of experience in sales, business development, and tendering within railways, bridges, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.
• Proven exposure to Indian Railways, RVNL, IRCON, and EPC contractors.
• Experience managing multi‑region/national sales roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive national business development in railway & bridge infrastructure projects.
• Lead and guide regional sales managers across North, West, South, and East India.
• Oversee tendering & bid management for large, strategic projects.
• Build strong client relationships with government bodies and EPCs.
• Track opportunities, manage centralized pipeline, and ensure regional coverage.
• Coordinate techno‑commercial proposals with engineering, estimation, and finance teams.
• Lead negotiations and support closures of high‑value deals.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with execution teams for seamless project delivery.

• Strong understanding of railway & bridge infrastructure.
• Expertise in tendering and government procurement.
• Leadership in managing geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management.
