Senior Sales – Railways & Bridges (PAN India, Steel)
📍 Location: PAN India (Head office - Hyderabad)
💰 Budget: Up to 35 LPA
Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 10–18 years of experience in sales, business development, and tendering within railways, bridges, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.
- Proven exposure to Indian Railways, RVNL, IRCON, and EPC contractors.
- Experience managing multi‑region/national sales roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive national business development in railway & bridge infrastructure projects.
- Lead and guide regional sales managers across North, West, South, and East India.
- Oversee tendering & bid management for large, strategic projects.
- Build strong client relationships with government bodies and EPCs.
- Track opportunities, manage centralized pipeline, and ensure regional coverage.
- Coordinate techno‑commercial proposals with engineering, estimation, and finance teams.
- Lead negotiations and support closures of high‑value deals.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with execution teams for seamless project delivery.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of railway & bridge infrastructure.
- Expertise in tendering and government procurement.
- Leadership in managing geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management.
- Strategic thinking with execution focus.
