DGM - MEP Contracts

Partner the entire tender process - site investigation, pre / post bid meetings, studying & analysis of conditions of contract, costing, milestones, schedule, general and specific terms etc.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contracts Lead in the negotiation process with contractors, specialized agencies and ensure closures as per mutually agreed terms.
• Conducting feasibility studies, cash flow and profitability projections and risk analysis for new & existing project.
• Support the bid process, work with contract lead to review estimates, ensure Risk Analysis is done & Mitigation Plans are in place to review extra claims and subsequently ensure timely resolution.
• Screening, selection & empanelment of contractors, liaison with Project Heads to plan mobilization and ensure contracts are awarded in line with the project schedule and budget.
• Generate MIS reports for top management and red flag critical areas.
• Exposure to SAP and technology is a must.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed engineering college .
