Role Description

This is a full-time, on-role for a Marketing Manager based in Goa & Hyderabad. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns across various channels, managing marketing budgets, and performing market research. The individual will lead a team to ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with the company's business goals while monitoring KPIs and reporting performance. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is a key part of this role.

Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and implementing marketing plans
Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing
Skills in Market Research, Business Development, and Customer Insights
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
Ability to analyse market trends, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions
support to the sales Team
Experience - 3 to 6 year
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and other digital tools is a plus
Prior experience within the construction or real estate industry is an advantage
