About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive Trainee to join our growing team in Kochi. This is a 6-month hands-on internship where you’ll work directly with our sales and leadership team on real B2B and B2C sales, not just learning-but closing deals on the ground.


You’ll be involved in selling Digital Signage hardware, software (CMS), and end-to-end solutions across sectors like retail, hospitals, corporate offices, educational institutions, and more.

If you enjoy meeting people, making calls, visiting client sites, and learning how real tech sales works-this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and field visits
  • Pitch Digital Signage products & solutions to B2B and B2C customers
  • Attend on-site client meetings, demos, and requirement discussions
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution proposals
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Maintain basic CRM / lead tracking and daily sales updates
  • Support deal closures, documentation, and handover to execution teams
  • Learn pricing, proposals, negotiation, and real-world sales cycles

Who Should Apply
  • Fresh graduates or final-year students (any discipline)
  • MBA / BBA / Marketing / Business / Engineering graduates preferred
  • Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam)
  • Confident in talking to new people and making calls
  • Willing to travel for client meetings in and around Kochi
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, not mandatory


Internship Details
  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Working Mode: On-site (Field + Online)
  • Stipend: Fixed + Performance Incentives
  • High performers will be considered for a full-time Sales Executive role
