About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager with hands-on experience in Real Estate Sales, particularly in Residential & Villa Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, client handling, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.

Candidates with a genuine passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert prospects into successful sales are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and manage high-quality leads through various sales channels
  • Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries professionally
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/villa projects
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
  • Maintain proper sales reports, lead tracking, and CRM updates
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales
  • Experience in Villa Sales / Residential Sales / Luxury Property Sales preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Goa real estate market is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to independently handle leads, site visits, and closures
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic about sales
  • Candidates from Real Estate Developers / Builders / Property Consulting background preferred
  • Strong follow-up and convincing skills are mandatory
  • Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
