Role Description The Sales and Operation Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, including tracking leads, coordinating with the sales team, and supporting the implementation of sales strategies. The executive will engage with clients, respond to inquiries, and ensure high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing sales and performance reports, coordinating with internal teams to streamline processes, and contributing to operational improvements. The role also requires active participation in planning and executing initiatives that support business growth and brand enhancement.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, with the ability to manage pipelines and support revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a client-focused and professional approach.
- Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, preparing reports, and identifying process and performance improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or operations roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Ahmedabad with a commitment to ethical and inclusive practices.
