Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - Property located in Pune Division. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, coordinating with builders, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting with clients, negotiating deals, preparing reports, and overseeing marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Responsible for closing the deal.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Knowledge in advertising, branding, and marketing specific to the real estate sector
• Proficiency in preparing and analysing sales reports and metrics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• A proven track record in real estate sales or relevant industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
