Senior Sales Manager Of Solar EPC Project Sales

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager – Solar EPC Project Sales to join our team in Kothrud, Pune.

If you have strong experience in rooftop solar EPC sales and are looking to grow into larger project segments including ground-mounted solar, this opportunity could be a great fit.

Role Overview :-

This role is primarily focused on C&I rooftop solar EPC project sales, where you will manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure. As part of our growth, you will also get exposure to ground-mounted solar projects in the future.

We are specifically looking for candidates who:

• Have 8+years of experience in Solar EPC sales / business development (mandatory)
• Have strong hands-on experience in rooftop solar project sales (mandatory)
• Come from a pure solar background (non-solar experience will not be considered)
• Have experience in B2B / C&I solar sales
• Have handled end-to-end sales cycles and high-value deal closures
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Are based in or willing to work on-site in Pune
• Can join immediately or within 30 days

Key Responsibilities :-

• Drive rooftop solar EPC project sales across C&I and institutional clients
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for techno-commercial solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Track market trends and competitor activity
• Lead and mentor the sales team
• Support expansion into ground-mounted solar projects (future scope)
