Position

Senior Sales Manager / Junior Sales Manager – Supply Chain Finance

Key Responsibilities

✔ Identify and acquire new Supply Chain Finance customers.

✔ Build relationships with Corporate Buyers, Suppliers, Dealers, and Channel Partners.

✔ Promote Working Capital Finance, Purchase Invoice Discounting (PID), and Supply Chain Finance.

✔ Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

✔ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

✔ Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Product teams for smooth onboarding.

✔ Monitor portfolio performance and ensure excellent customer service.

✔ Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

✅ Experience in Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Financial Services

✅ Knowledge of:

• Supply Chain Finance
• Purchase Invoice Discounting (PID)
• Working Capital Finance

✅ Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills

✅ Experience in corporate/MSME client acquisition

✅ Comfortable using CRM, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

Qualification

🎓 Graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline

MBA / PGDM will be preferred
