Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the packaging industry, preferably in the paper bag segment. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in B2B and export sales, with a proven track record in market expansion, key account management, and revenue growth.

The role involves driving both domestic and international business development, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the packaging and sustainable solutions market.


Key Responsibilities


  • CRM Management: Maintain and manage the CRM system to track leads, sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline effectively. Ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide strategic direction.
  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
  • Building Regional Teams: Develop and expand regional and international sales networks to enhance market presence. Drive export and domestic sales growth by onboarding talent and clients, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.


Required Skills & Competencies


  • Strong B2B sales experience in the packaging industry, preferably in paper bags or sustainable packaging.
  • Proven experience in export sales and international market development.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of global trade practices, export documentation, and international client handling.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and execute growth-oriented sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.


Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales within the packaging industry, preferably in paper bag manufacturing or packaging solutions.
  • Prior experience handling B2B clients and export markets is highly preferred.
