Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in the Greater Delhi Area with the flexibility of partial remote work. The Business Development Manager will oversee identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to drive growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. The role also involves representing the company at events and staying informed of industry trends to identify potential opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce strategies to support business goals
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable business results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Familiarity with IT solutions such as web development, software development, and platform infrastructure is a plus
