We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 7+ years of experience in the QSR/F&B industry. The role involves driving end-to-end app P&L, including MAU growth, transactions, repeat rate, and overall profitability through effective funnel management. The candidate will design, test, and optimise segment-led and mass campaigns to boost customer frequency and retention. You will lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and affiliate channels to improve installs, activations, CPA, and ROAS. Additionally, you will build and manage full-funnel CRM journeys across push, email, and WhatsApp, along with win-back strategies using cohort-based analytics to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.
