This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include property sales presentations, negotiating contracts, market analysis, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. Additionally, the role involves responding to client inquiries promptly and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate Consulting
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in market analysis, client relationship management, and strategic planning
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with the Hyderabad real estate market is a strong advantage
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
