Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process of analytical and scientific equipment, understanding customer requirements, and offering tailored solutions. Tasks include providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, building and maintaining client relationships, generating sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales to identify business opportunities and close deals effectively
  • Managing and expanding business within the assigned territory
  • Handling key customer accounts
  • Developing channel partners and business opportunities
  • Leading team for sales activities (visit pre-planning, customer visits, presentations, negotiations, closures etc)
  • Conducting competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, P&L analysis, etc.
  • Coordinating with and guiding internal teams for business activities and target achievement
  • Achieving regional sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Proficiency in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting for complex equipment and systems
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and provide outstanding assistance
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, along with adaptability to remote or virtual work environments
  • Relevant experience in analytical or scientific equipment sales is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
