Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Navi Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Chennai. The Senior Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to provide technical support, craft tailored solutions, and drive sales of automation equipment and solutions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing technical inquiries, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The role also involves identifying potential opportunities, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to analyze and address technical challenges effectively
• Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Experience in the automation, electronics, or automotive industries is highly beneficial
• Problem-solving mindset, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Delhi, India, and travel as needed
