The company specializes in providing solutions for Industrial Gas, Cryogenic, LNG, LCNG, CNG, Hydrogen, and High Purity Solar/Semi Projects. Their comprehensive product range includes high-pressure instrument valves and fittings, ultra-high purity valves and fittings, JIC & DIN fittings, safety relief valves, cryogenic globe, check & ball valves, and pressure regulators. Additionally, they offer field instruments such as gas detectors, flame detectors, and pressure and temperature transmitters, catering to a broad range of industrial needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Engineer, located in Vadodara. The Senior Sales Engineer will manage technical pre-sales, provide expert technical support, and build relationships with clients to identify and meet their needs. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical proposals, supporting the sales team in achieving business targets, and offering post-sales customer service to enhance client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align technical and commercial requirements and presenting solutions in a clear, concise way to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong ability to develop technical solutions.
• Experience providing Technical Support, with a focus on addressing client-specific technical requirements.
• Strong skills in Sales and ability to achieve business targets.
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to present technical information effectively to a variety of audiences.
• Customer Service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Experience in industries such as cryogenics, industrial gases, or instrumentation is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field), or equivalent industrial experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Vadodara and travel as required for client consultations and visits.
