We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) to drive business growth and expand our client base. (We are looking for Surat local candidates) Freshers Can apply.

Excellent / Fluent English Communication Skills (Mandatory)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement analysis to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Bid for projects on platforms such as Freelancer and Upwork to secure new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels and convert them into potential clients.
  • Communicate and interact with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales activities, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and result


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any field.
  • Fresher to 2 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales.
  • Strong understanding of requirement analysis and the ability to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Freelancer and Upwork.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and converting leads into clients.
  • Excellent client communication and interaction skills.
  • Ability to follow up with clients and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
