Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in Malihabad. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, fostering client relationships, conducting market research, coordinating property viewings, and achieving sales targets. The role involves ensuring client satisfaction by providing outstanding service and aligning clients' property needs with Canton Group’s premier offerings.

Qualifications
- Consulting expertise with the ability to provide strategic property investment advice and solutions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional client experiences and build lasting relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and negotiation to achieve and exceed sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate market, trends, and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in market research and client needs analysis
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
