Senior Project Manager

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale commercial (office spaces, retail) and residential (high-rise apartments, townships) projects, managing timelines, budgets.

Oversee regional cluster operations, coordinating with site teams, contractors, architects, and vendors to achieve milestones while mitigating risks like delays from monsoons, labor shortages, or supply chain issues.

Ensure 100% compliance with Mumbai-specific regulations (RERA, MOFA, BMC, MMRDA approvals), quality standards (IGBC/GRIHA certifications), and safety protocols (ISO 45001)..

Liaise with government bodies, landowners, JV partners, and buyers to resolve escalations, secure approvals, and enhance project viability.

Implement digital tools (BIM, ERP systems like Primavera/MS Project) for real-time tracking, reporting, and predictive analytics.

Conduct post-project audits, lessons learned sessions, and contribute to strategic planning for pipeline expansion in Mumbai's competitive realty market.
