🌟 We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager

Majid Al Futtaim is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project team and lead the successful delivery of key residential and mixed-use development projects.

The role will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and concept development through design management, procurement, construction delivery, and final handover. The successful candidate will oversee major development components including villas, townhouses, village apartments, and associated public spaces, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of assigned projects from concept through completion

• Support feasibility studies, concept master planning, and initial consultant briefing

• Develop procurement strategies for consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners

• Manage design coordination across internal departments and external consultants

• Oversee cost management, change management, and contract close-out in collaboration with the commercial team

• Manage contractor performance and ensure project delivery in line with design intent, quality, and safety requirements

• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle

• Provide regular progress reporting to senior management

• Support the development and mentoring of junior team members

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Project Management

✔ 15+ years of relevant experience in large-scale development or construction projects

✔ Strong experience in design management, procurement, contractor management, and project delivery

✔ Professional certifications such as MRICS or PMP are preferred

✔ Strong understanding of construction processes, statutory approvals, and project governance frameworks

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
