Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager / Project Delivery Manager with over 10 years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, including end-to-end ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex enterprise transformation programs, managing cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and migration projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution from project initiation through deployment and hypercare.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into project deliverables.
  • Coordinate with ServiceNow architects, developers, business analysts, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
  • Drive Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, or Waterfall project delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and organizational governance.
  • Manage scope, change requests, dependencies, and project documentation.
  • Track project financials, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and resource utilization.
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery.
  • Mentor project teams and promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Project Delivery.
  • Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and modules such as:
  • ITSM
  • ITOM
  • ITAM
  • Experience working with enterprise customers across digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow implementation experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing cloud transformation or ITSM modernization programs.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.
  • Experience working with global delivery teams and third-party implementation partners.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules
  • ITIL Foundation or ITIL 4 Certification

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
