Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager - Construction Site & Interior, based in COIMBATORE. The role involves overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, including coordinating with teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and managing resources efficiently. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, inspecting work for quality compliance, expediting processes, addressing on-site challenges, and maintaining communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, executing, and closing construction projects while adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure seamless procurement and delivery of materials to meet project schedules.
- Familiarity with Inspection processes to validate the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Strong Logistics Management skills to oversee material movement, equipment usage, and resource allocation across the project site efficiently.
- Prior experience in leading construction teams and ensuring safety and quality standards are met on-site.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to facilitate effective coordination among all stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required; Master’s degree is a plus.
