The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities, managing documentation, supporting project teams, and ensuring smooth workflow across ongoing projects. The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities, managing documentation, supporting project teams, and ensuring smooth workflow across ongoing projects. This role requires strong organisational skills, people management capability, and the ability to guide and monitor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and update all project-related documents, trackers, and reports.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely flow of information and completion of tasks.
- Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and execution of operational activities.
- Monitor deliverables and follow up with team members for task completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and version control for all project files.
- Communicate effectively across teams and highlight delays or risks when required.
- Provide guidance and oversight to the junior project support team.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes and project standards.
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for management review.
- BE/BTech/ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Women candidates, ideally around 35 years old.
- Engineering background not required.
- Background in teaching, training, or administrative coordination will be an added advantage.
- Experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles is desirable (minimum 3+ years).
- Excellent coordination & documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data management.
- Strong communication and people-handling skills, with the ability to guide and control the project support team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Problem-solving mindset and quick learning ability, especially in understanding project workflows and operational requirements.
