Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, discovery, and delivery across the full product lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, and can translate vision into measurable impact.


πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with company goals
  • Translate business objectives into clear product outcomes and success metrics (OKRs / KPIs)
  • Identify market opportunities through user research, competitive analysis, and data insights
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility

Product Discovery & Planning

  • Lead product discovery activities (user interviews, usability testing, validation)
  • Define problem statements, PRDs, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Make trade-off decisions across scope, timeline, and resources
  • Own and groom the product backlog in close collaboration with engineering teams

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the product lead across Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Support
  • Align stakeholders and resolve conflicting priorities
  • Communicate product direction clearly to executives and internal teams
  • Mentor and support Associate / Product Managers

Delivery & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery in Agile / Scrum or hybrid environments
  • Partner closely with engineering on technical decisions, dependencies, and risks
  • Drive launch readiness, documentation, enablement, and go-to-market support

Analytics & Performance

  • Define and track product metrics (adoption, retention, conversion, engagement)
  • Analyze performance using data and customer feedback
  • Run experiments (A/B tests, MVPs) to validate assumptions
  • Continuously optimize the product based on insights

Customer & Stakeholder Advocacy

  • Represent the voice of the customer in all product decisions
  • Gather feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Handle escalations and make informed prioritization decisions

Process & Product Excellence

  • Improve and standardize product management processes and documentation
  • Ensure product scalability, security, compliance, and quality
  • Contribute to strong product culture and best practices
  • Support strategic initiatives such as platform evolution, integrations, or AI adoption

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
