Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, presenting solutions to prospective clients, and collaborating with the internal team to achieve business goals.

- Strong skills in Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Management
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Market Research
- Exceptional Communication, Networking, and Relationship-Building skills
- Ability to create and execute effective Business Strategies and Growth Plans
- Strong Negotiation and Presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in the relevant industry is highly advantageous
