📌 Hiring Academic Counselor – Kochi

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Academic Counselor to support prospective learners throughout the admission journey. This role involves handling inquiries, consistent follow-ups, and achieving monthly enrollment targets while ensuring a positive student experience. A short self-introduction video is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and guide them to suitable programs

• Explain program benefits, admission process, and eligibility clearly

• Manage student inquiries from initial contact to successful enrollment

• Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets

• Communicate via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings

• Conduct timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion

• Maintain accurate student records in CRM

• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams for smooth admissions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven, organized, and proactive follow-up management

• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools

• Mandatory: short self-introduction video
