Job Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic Area Manager who will be responsible for driving Demat & Trading Account openings through empaneled branches and managing branch-level sales performance.
- Drive Demat & Trading account openings from empaneled branches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers & staff
- Generate leads and convert them into active clients
- Conduct regular branch visits, training & activation sessions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track performance and submit regular MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation (MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Demat account opening / broking / BFSI sales
- Strong knowledge of Demat & Trading products
- Experience working with branch channel / Banca channel
- Excellent communication & relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
