Your impact

Responsibilities

• Will work on detailed drawings for a range of projects to create 2D drawing and 3D models and support, mentor and train other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks.
• Will need to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for BIM documentation and drafting work in a given project.
• Is responsible for technical correctness, project standard compliance and timely delivery of the drawings and documents.
• Exercises self-discipline and work ethics
• Respect and follow company policies and procedures
• Liaise with Architecture, MEP and other disciplines
• Familiar with Programs REVIT Archi and REVIT MEP for coordination of models, Navisworks for checking of models
  
  
  

Here's what you'll need

Experience in preparing minimum LOD 300 REVIT

Documentation (3D and 2D), general arrangement drawings, Reinforcement Drawings, and Reinforcement

Detailing. Experience in Precast and Steel Structures will be an advantage must have experience on international projects self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Experience in BIM management as an additional skill will be preferred.

KEY COMPETENCY – Technical Skills

Has in depth knowledge of building structural elements. BIM Knowledge as per best-industry practice, hands-on experience in 3D modelling

and scheduling, multi-D coordination and documentation, BIM setup for a project and execution and monitoring. Family Creations,

Projectwise, A360 working experience.

KEY COMPETENCY – Soft Skills

Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines, committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience

Knowledge of Microsoft applications

Good level of written and spoken English
