Role Description

The Event Project Manager will oversee planning, organizing, and executing events in alignment with the company’s objectives. This full-time role is based on-site in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include designing event strategies, managing budgets, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring seamless event execution. The role also involves leading communication and logistical details with stakeholders while ensuring high standards of quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning, Event Management, and coordination
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Budget Management for efficient resource allocation
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, vendors, and clients
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to evolving project needs
• Previous experience in managing events or project management is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
