Job Description

Job Title: SCM Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Noida / Chennai / Mumbai

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Experience: 2–6 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a mature and business-oriented professional with experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales Operations. The role involves managing sales leads, tracking deal pipelines, and supporting business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track incoming sales leads and opportunities
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline and deal status
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports for decision-making
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and client communication
  • Support business growth by identifying gaps and opportunities

Required Skills

  • Strong data handling skills (Excel, reporting, tracking)
  • Good understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
  • Exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM) or related domain
  • Strong business mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience
  • Age: 25–30 years preferred
  • Must own a laptop
  • Willing to work from Noida / Chennai / Mumbai

  • Mature and responsible professional
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and ownership of work
  • Experience in sales operations / business analysis roles
