BigBoost AI Private Limited is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads to lead high-budget campaigns for US & UK clients while mentoring and enabling a growing team of performance marketers.

This is not a routine execution role. We are specifically looking for professionals who can independently drive performance strategy, own campaign outcomes, support client-facing functions, and elevate execution quality across teams.

If you have consistently managed scalable paid media campaigns with measurable business impact across international markets, we would love to connect.

• Lead and manage high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max (PMax), Brand & Non-Brand initiatives.
• Strategically optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CAC, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
• Take ownership of campaign planning, execution oversight, reporting, and scaling strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior performance marketers on execution excellence, campaign monitoring, optimization frameworks, and account hygiene.
• Support client-facing teams with insights, strategy decks, reporting narratives, and performance recommendations.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, and account management teams to improve conversion outcomes.
• Analyze performance data deeply and proactively identify opportunities for scaling and optimization.
• Stay updated with evolving Google Ads ecosystem updates, automation capabilities, AI-driven campaign structures, and bidding strategies.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
• Strong, in-depth expertise in Google Ads is absolutely mandatory.

• Experience working with B2B and B2C clients across US & UK markets is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, attribution, reporting, conversion tracking, and scaling strategies.
• Meta Ads knowledge is expected as a baseline competency.
• Exposure to AI Max campaigns / AI-led optimization workflows will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory for internal leadership and client support responsibilities.

Professionals without strong practical exposure to Google Ads at scale and international client handling / facing may not find this role aligned with their current experience level.
