Role Description The Digital Ads Manager (Google/Meta) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms to meet performance and revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing, as well as monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. The Digital Ads Manager will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives, coordinate landing page and funnel optimization, and ensure accurate tracking through analytics tools and pixels. The role also involves staying current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as understanding conversion funnels, revenue goals, and performance-driven optimization.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess Advertising skills, with hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), pixel implementation, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.
- Prior experience in digital advertising for B2B or technology/AI-focused organizations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
