THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Insights: Develop and deliver comprehensive market analyses and strategic insights to inform management decisions and drive organizational growth.
• Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct competitive benchmarking to evaluate our position in the market and identify opportunities and threats.
• Market Trends: Monitor and report on industry trends, shifts in consumer behavior, and changes in the competitive landscape.
• Governance & Strategy Direction: Provide strategic direction to the governance team, shaping organization’s growth agenda.
• Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align market intelligence initiatives with business objectives.
• Insightful Decision Making: Develop & present strategic narratives using data driven insights and compelling storytelling.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in market intelligence, competitive analysis, or strategic planning role within a high-growth organization.
• Proven track record of successfully evaluating and executing high-impact initiatives in complex, evolving markets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with strength in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• High analytical aptitude with a strategic mindset and ability to streamline multifaceted processes.
• Resilient and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and comfort operating under tight deadlines.
• Capable of advising senior leadership on strategic business issues with sound judgment.
