Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all core HR functions. This role requires hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, people focused, and capable of aligning HR practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction process.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR activities
- Assist all HR related activities.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Good communication
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Graduate in any field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
