Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – HR who will primarily drive talent acquisition (70%) while also managing HR operations (30%). The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of performance marketing ecosystems, especially within the AdTech industry, and a proven track record of hiring for Affiliate, Web, Mobile Sales, and other key business functions.
Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition (70%)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – HR who will primarily drive talent acquisition (70%) while also managing HR operations (30%). The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of performance marketing ecosystems, especially within the AdTech industry, and a proven track record of hiring for Affiliate, Web, Mobile Sales, and other key business functions.
Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions with a strong focus on:
- Affiliate Marketing
- Web & Mobile Sales
- Performance Marketing roles
- Tech & support functions
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth targets
- Build strong pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure quality hiring
- Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top AdTech talent
- Track and optimize key recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
- HR Operations (30%)
- Oversee employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit processes
- Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Drive performance management processes (KPIs, appraisals, goal setting)
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
- Maintain HRMS systems and employee data accuracy
- 4–6 years of HR experience, with major exposure to recruitment
- Must have worked in AdTech / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing companies
- Strong understanding of:
- Affiliate Marketing ecosystem
- Performance marketing roles (media buying, user acquisition, etc.)
- Proven experience hiring for:
- Affiliate / Publisher teams
- Web & Mobile Sales teams
- Growth / Marketing roles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong networking within the AdTech / Digital ecosystem
- Experience using ATS tools and HRMS platforms
- Data-driven approach to hiring and HR decision-making
- High ownership and problem-solving mindset
- Work with a fast-growing AdTech company
