Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – HR who will primarily drive talent acquisition (70%) while also managing HR operations (30%). The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of performance marketing ecosystems, especially within the AdTech industry, and a proven track record of hiring for Affiliate, Web, Mobile Sales, and other key business functions.

Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions with a strong focus on:
    • Affiliate Marketing
    • Web & Mobile Sales
    • Performance Marketing roles
    • Tech & support functions
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth targets
  • Build strong pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure quality hiring
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top AdTech talent
  • Track and optimize key recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
  • HR Operations (30%)
  • Oversee employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit processes
  • Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Drive performance management processes (KPIs, appraisals, goal setting)
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
  • Maintain HRMS systems and employee data accuracy
Candidate Requirements

  • 4–6 years of HR experience, with major exposure to recruitment
  • Must have worked in AdTech / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing companies
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Affiliate Marketing ecosystem
    • Performance marketing roles (media buying, user acquisition, etc.)
  • Proven experience hiring for:
    • Affiliate / Publisher teams
    • Web & Mobile Sales teams
    • Growth / Marketing roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Skills

  • Strong networking within the AdTech / Digital ecosystem
  • Experience using ATS tools and HRMS platforms
  • Data-driven approach to hiring and HR decision-making
  • High ownership and problem-solving mindset
