Empor is a B2B marketing and CXO engagement company working with global technology brands to design and deliver high-impact marketing programs across India’s enterprise ecosystem.
Our work spans CXO forums, enterprise events, audience acquisition, and demand generation campaigns for some of the world’s leading technology companies.
As we continue to scale our marketing capabilities, we are looking for a Senior Manager – Digital & Brand Marketing to build and manage our digital demand engine while strengthening Empor’s brand presence
What This Role Will Do
• Help strengthen Empor’s brand presence through website messaging, marketing assets, and thought leadership content
• Support LinkedIn communication, brand storytelling, and development of case studies and campaign narratives
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels
• Design and manage digital campaign journeys for B2B client programs
• Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns (primary channel)
• Build and manage landing page funnels for campaign engagement
• Coordinate WhatsApp Business outreach, RCS messaging, and SMS campaigns
• Track campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach effectiveness
• Work closely with internal campaign and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Maintain a strong focus on data-driven marketing and performance analytics
• Leverage email marketing as the core outreach channel, managing segmentation, campaign optimization, and deliverability to maximize engagement with enterprise audiences.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Analytical and comfortable working with campaign performance metrics
• Detail-oriented and disciplined in campaign execution
• Creative enough to guide marketing communication and messaging
• Experienced in B2B or enterprise marketing environments
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Experience: 6–8 years in Digital Marketing / B2B Marketing
Candidates with strong hands-on email marketing and B2B demand generation experience will be prioritized.
