Frido is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Demand Planning to lead demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory planning for a fast-growing D2C business.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Demand Planning will be responsible for building accurate demand forecasts, driving S&OP cycles, and aligning sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams. The role will play a critical part in improving forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end demand forecasting across channels (D2C, marketplaces, offline)
• Lead S&OP / IBP cycles, aligning demand, supply, and financial plans
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, SCM, and Finance for consensus planning
• Drive forecast accuracy, bias tracking, and demand analytics
• Translate demand plans into inventory and replenishment plans
• Manage new product launches (NPI) and demand ramp-up planning
• Identify and mitigate demand-supply risks and seasonality impacts
• Build and mentor the demand planning team

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Planning
• Strong exposure to D2C / E-commerce / FMCG / Manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with S&OP, forecasting models, and demand analytics
• Proficiency in ERP / planning tools (SAP IBP, APO, Oracle, Excel, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills

Qualification:

MBA / PGDM (Operations / Supply Chain) or equivalent experience
