Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing Clinical Research Study Coordinator to support and grow our clinical research program across multiple clinics in the Cincinnati area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys working independently while building strong professional relationships.
No prior clinical trial or medical experience is required. We are looking for the right personality, work ethic, and communication skills—we’ll train the rest.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and clinic staff to support clinical research initiatives
Independently manage research-related tasks across up to four clinic locations
Educate and engage doctors and staff about active and upcoming clinical trials
Promote our clinical trials to external organizations, referral sources, and community partners
Coordinate day-to-day research activities while maintaining organization and attention to detail
Serve as an energetic ambassador for our research program internally and externally
Who We’re Looking For
No medical or clinical research experience required
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
Enjoys a fast-paced environment with variety and movement between locations
Positive, energetic, and engaging personality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident speaking with physicians, staff, and external partners
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Willing and able to travel between clinic locations in the Cincinnati area
Ideal Backgrounds (Not Required)
Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, account management, hospitality, customer service, or relationship-based roles often excel in this position.
Why Join Us?
Hands-on role with real impact on patient care and clinical innovation
Significant autonomy and independence in your day-to-day work
Training and support provided—no clinical background needed
Opportunity to grow with an expanding clinical research program
Dynamic, team-oriented culture with strong physician collaboration
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
