Requirements

What Will You Do?

  • Drive revenue growth through enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and innovation-led engagements across sectors such as GCCs, BFSI, ITES, Logistics, AgriTech, Energy, and other emerging industries.
  • Conceptualize, launch, and scale new innovation practices and business lines aligned with market trends, policy priorities, and enterprise needs to create sustainable revenue streams.
  • Own the end-to-end business development lifecycle—from lead generation and solution design to proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure—positioning the organization as a trusted corporate innovation partner.
  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, including CXO-level executives, to convert enterprises into long-term members, sponsors, or strategic program partners.
  • Design, package, and pitch innovation offerings such as startup challenges, accelerator programs, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), ecosystem immersions, innovation labs, and community-driven initiatives.
  • Leverage CSR and ESG mandates to create impact-focused innovation programs that align business objectives with social and sustainability goals.
  • Track sectoral trends, enterprise priorities, and ecosystem developments to identify new opportunities and customize outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including scouting, program delivery, marketing, and client success to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to enhance visibility, thought leadership, and network expansion.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams—especially early-career professionals—while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and inclusivity.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (required).
  • MBA or equivalent Master's degree (preferred).
  • Certifications in B2B Sales, Innovation Management, or Design Thinking are an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and enterprise sales tools.

Experience

  • 8-12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise/B2B sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or innovation consulting.
  • Proven exposure to corporate innovation programs, sector partnerships, and large enterprise clients across GCCs, BFSI, ITES, and allied sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation, stakeholder management, and delivering innovation-driven engagements.

Preferred Backgrounds

  • Innovation or management consulting.
  • B2B enterprise technology or SaaS sales.
  • Startup accelerators, incubators, or ecosystem platforms.
  • Strategic partnerships roles within GCCs, BFSI, or ITES environments.
