Job Description
Mission of job:
To look after OE sales and business growth for Customer including location like Pune, Jamshedpur, Lucknow and Dharwad WITH the objective of increasing the turnover and profitability WITHIN the framework of KBI business plan
Education required:
B.E( Mechanical), MBA(desirable) with atleast 12 years of experience.
Professional Experience:
Strong Sales knowledge
Knowledge of KB products & commercial vehicle market dynamics
Analytical and Strategic thinking
Knowledge of SAP
Advance Excel
Problem solving skills
Coordination and team building skills
Communication skills
Task and Responsibility:
ACHIEVE SALES
Develops and executes sales plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and services
Develops and recommends pricing strategy for OE which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run
Ensures effective control of sales activities and implements corrective action to ensurethat the achievement of sales objectives is within designated budgets
Evaluates market reactions to product and services to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
To get monthly schedule from customers, responsible for coordination of schedule changes with customers, and company departments, for the timely shipment of products according to customer requirements
Conducts market surveys on current and new product concepts at local level
Efficient, effective and prompt resolution of all customers related queries, complaints etc.
And coordination of development for new products.
Ensure customer satisfaction through product quality, timely delivery, competitive price and prompt service
Preparation of business plan including sales and customer development plan
Identify and define value propositions by mapping future technology trends in a clients business and recommend investment in capabilities to address these requirement
Preparation of MIS, Establishment of system for all sales and marketing activities for reporting internally related to customer account.
To take care of new product development
Monitor Daily Sale
REDUCE WARRANTY COST
"To monitor and guide the team IN ORDER TO reduce the warranty cost.
REDUCE QUALITY ppm
To guide the team in resolving the quality issues
To check that issues are not booked into customer systems
IN ORDER TO lower the ppm to 100 ppm"
PAYMENT COLLECTION
To interact with customers and get timely payments
IN ORDER TO ensure that over dues are less than 7 days (5%) of total sale to our Customer.
