Job Description

Essential Functions

Develops and delivers detailed technology services through managed services project activities requiring specialized knowledge of IQVIA's products and technical expertise.
Responsible for identifying additional product/services opportunities for clients and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision.
Focuses on quality in all aspects of work; follows established standards of excellence.
Supports problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.
Supports and resolves Service Requests using the incident management tool, CSM.
Coordinates the routing and handling of Requests For Change to the next level of support under broad supervision.
Escalates issues relating to product support or product operations to the next level of support.
Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
