Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the execution of interior design concepts for new and existing retail projects, ensuring brand alignment and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, project managers, and procurement to deliver projects within timelines and budget.
Lead design documentation, detailing project specifications for smooth communication and implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare accurate Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) for each project, enabling effective cost planning and resource allocation.
Recommend and evaluate materials for interior fit-outs, contributing to effective sourcing that meets quality, cost, and sustainability goals.
Conduct quality assurance checks during project execution to maintain compliance with organizational standards and client specifications.
Ensure all design work adheres to local and international compliance standards, including regulatory approvals where applicable.
Integrate ISO and Quality Management principles into daily workflow, supporting a culture of continuous improvement within design processes.
