Operations Executive

Job description

We are looking to hire an experienced Operations Executive for our Bangalore Studio

JOB SUMMARY:

• The individual will be responsible for creating and owning the productivity data of the company
• Be a custodian of all the Operational reports and dashboards
• Ensure that the data is processed in a timely manner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating and sending MIS Reports
• Help set up SOPs in place and ensure that they are being implemented at all levels
• Assist in resource allocation and optimisation
• Assist in ensuring that the central operations are running smoothly and efficiently
• Liaison with various departments and stakeholders to collect data
• Work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to oversee Design Operations
• Assist with the client contracts/legal documentation of the projects & clients
• Liaise with the legal department to ensure the smooth and timely execution of the documentation
• Assist with the on-site/embedding account

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience of upto 3-4 years of work experience in the -
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication/Presentation skills in English
• Should know Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Suite tools (Sheets)
• Ability to work effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well independently, with minimal supervision
• Excellent time-management, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Efficient co-ordination in respect of the day-to-day activities of a business operation
• Must be self-motivated and self-driven
• Must have attention to detail
• Proven ability to work effectively on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
