Role Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Meerut. The HVAC Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service department, coordinate maintenance and repair work, and ensure optimal system performance. Responsibilities include managing service schedules, supervising technicians, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and maintaining relationships with clients. The candidate will also focus on ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Experience in team leadership, staff management, and service scheduling
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in the HVAC industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using service management software and tools
  • Valid certification in HVAC systems and relevant technical training
  • Prior experience working in a supervisory role within the HVAC industry
