Role Description

• Conduct content and market research to understand trends, competitors, and audience behavior
• Translate insights into clear content directions aligned with brand and business goals
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms
• Develop scripts and concepts for short-form content with strong hooks and storytelling
• Collaborate with designers to ensure quality and consistency in execution
• Use Canva for basic drafts and quick creatives when needed
• Evaluate performance and refine content based on insights
• Take feedback constructively and implement it effectively
• Stay updated with trends and platform changes
• Communicate ideas clearly with teams and clients

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Content Management
• Experience in Content Development and Web Content Writing
• Strong Writing skills with an ability to craft engaging, high-quality content
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with branding principles and digital trends
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• Previous experience in branding or marketing-focused roles is a plus
