Responsibilities:

• Lead the interaction design for complex workflows and product features across platforms.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear user flows, prototypes, and interaction specifications.
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and deliver a seamless experience.
• Conduct design reviews and usability testing to validate concepts and refine interactions.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system and interaction patterns to ensure consistency across products.
• Champion user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices within the product teams.
• Stay ahead of evolving UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging interaction paradigms.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Industrial Design, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of professional experience as an Interaction Designer in a product-focused environment.
• Experience designing micro-interactions or motion-based UI elements.
• Familiarity with AI-driven interfaces, data visualization, or system design thinking.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end interaction design, problem-solving, and refined user experiences.
• Expertise with Figma/Claude Design/Google Stitch..
• Solid understanding of Visual Design, information architecture, user flows, and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
