Role: AI Product Designer

A San Francisco based Consumer Internet startup is hiring for a Product Designer who is passionate about solving real user problems, and designing products that people genuinely enjoy using. What you will do?

• Design end-to-end digital experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with founders, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product direction and user experience.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business goals and user insights into intuitive, elegant product experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Conduct competitor analysis, user research, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, product metrics, and stakeholder input.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth design handoffs.
• Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our products.

Who are you?

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Digital Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects and your design thinking process.
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility.
• Experience creating design systems and responsive interfaces.
• Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing with precision.

Good to have (NOT mandatory)

• Experience designing SaaS, B2B, AI, fintech, healthcare, or consumer products.
• Familiarity with prototyping and motion design.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows.
• Experience working in agile product teams or fast-paced startup environments.
