As we continue to expand our product ecosystem, we're looking for a Lead Product Designer who is passionate about solving complex user problems, driving product strategy through design, and creating delightful experiences for millions of users.


About the Role:

As a Lead Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design for high-impact product initiatives across PW's B2C platforms. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business stakeholders to define product vision, craft intuitive user experiences, and establish design excellence across the organization.

This role requires a strong balance of user empathy, strategic thinking, visual design expertise, and leadership.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process—from user research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and developer handoff.
  • Drive design strategy for key product areas that serve millions of learners.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams to solve complex user problems.
  • Translate business objectives and user insights into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
  • Build user flows, journey maps, information architecture, and interaction models.
  • Create pixel-perfect interfaces with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
  • Validate design decisions through usability testing, customer feedback, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and raising the overall design quality.
  • Contribute to and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency across products.
  • Advocate for user-centered design and foster a strong design culture within cross-functional teams.
  • Work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.


What We're Looking For:

  • 6–10 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Interaction Design.
  • Proven experience designing consumer-facing (B2C) digital products at scale.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, UX problem-solving, and polished visual design.
  • Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in agile product development.
  • Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, user flows, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, and data-informed design.
  • Hands-on experience with design systems and component-based design.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive complex product initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in high-growth B2C product companies, EdTech, Consumer Internet, SaaS, or E-commerce.
  • Experience designing products used by millions of users.
  • Understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and product analytics.
  • Experience mentoring designers or leading small design teams.
  • Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or design for mobile-first experiences is a plus.
