Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Manager, a generalist profile who can oversee recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, work reports, and leave records.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviews, and hiring coordination.
• Conduct background verification and manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Monitor employee performance reviews and support team development.
• Manage payroll , statutory deductions, and compliance.
• Address employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Organize employee engagement activities and monthly celebrations.
• Handle exit processes including handover, asset collection, and exit interviews.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in HR (Recruitment & Generalist).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions and coordinate with teams.
• Media industry experience preferred.
• Mumbai based candidates only
